Dr. Nariman Nassiri is a board-eligible ophthalmologist who has recently joined the team of Pacific Eye Institute. With a passion for providing exceptional eye care, Dr. Nassiri specializes in a wide range of treatments and procedures to address various eye conditions. Dr. Nassiri is an expert in comprehensive eye care, advanced lens cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and micro-invasive glaucoma surgery.
Dr. Nassiri strongly believes in open communication and collaborative decision-making with his patients. He takes the time to educate patients about their conditions and the available treatment options. He believes in empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their eye care.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Nassiri is also an accomplished researcher, committed to advancing the field of ophthalmology. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including the “Best Research Award” and the “Best Glaucoma Research Award” from the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, as well as the “Best Fellow Research Award” from the Stein Eye Institute at UCLA.
Dr. Nassiri’s dedication to research and his involvement with professional organizations such as the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) ensure that he stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in his field.
