We are pleased to introduce Dr. Nicolas Biro, the newest Board Certified, fellowship trained ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist at Pacific Eye Institute.

Dr. Biro specializes in surgery of the upper and lower eyelids, the tear drainage system and the orbit. He also offers rejuvenation services, including cosmetic fillers and botulinum toxin injections for wrinkle reduction. Dr. Biro is a best-in-class surgeon accepting new patients and he’s ready to assist you with your oculofacial needs.

Dr. Biro is passionate about teaching, recently overseeing oculoplastic resident education at two residency programs in New York. While there, he covered two Level 1 trauma centers, repairing fractures and complex lacerations of the face. Dr. Biro has authored multiple publications and presentations, he has donated his time as a medical volunteer in the Dominican Republic and India, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
